We will leave for Willmar, Minnesota on Wednesday July 15th for the annual Christian music festival called Sonshine Festival.  Sonshine is a 4 day Christian music festival that praises God and points to Jesus.  We have a group of 15 signed up to attend the music festival this year.  Christian music festivals such as Sonshine give youth and adults an opportunity to hear positive Christian music in all types and genres of music.  We will be in Scripture each morning as a group, as well.  Youth and young adults are hurting and turning to music such as Slipknot and others that give negative options in dealing with tough emotions and situations.  The artists at Sonshine deal with tough issues of divorce, suicidal thoughts, self-esteem and dating issues but rather in a Christ-centered and poistive way.  Lyrics do matter and with these artists the lyrics point to Christ and to seeking out Scripture for answers.  Check out the festival website at

Welcome to Our Savior's Lutheran Church

Sunday Services at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Holy Communion is offered in all three services on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of each month.

Worship Services are broadcast on CCTV in the Mankato Area on Mondays at 8:15 p.m. & Wednesdays at 2 p.m.

Our Mission

At Our Savior's we believe that it is the will of our Lord Jesus Christ that His disciples should preach the Gospel to the whole world. That Christ's mission for His Church might be carried out according to His will, He has commanded that Christians unite in worship, practice fellowship with one another, witness to all men, help each other grow in the Word, serve the needs of all men in Christian love, administer the Office of the Keys as His Church and maintain decency and order in the Church.

Our Savior's is a congregation in the Minnesota South District of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.
