Our Savior Conservatory of Music

Music is a gift from God, and we want to pass on our rich musical heritage to the next generation. The Our Savior Conservatory of Music is here to serve the church and our community through music. We offer private music lessons, taught by Christian instructors, in a Christian setting.

Mission

  • To train the next generation of church musicians by providing music lessons with a focus on the Liturgy and Hymns of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
  • To share the message of Christ through music while teaching the fundamentals of music.
  • Engage students of all ages in Divine Service and provide other opportunities to worship God through music.

Private Music Lessons 

  • For the following instruments: piano, voice, organ, most wind or brass instruments, strings, acoustic guitar.
  • Lessons are 30 minutes
      • Fall or Spring semester (Sept-Dec or Jan-April)
      • Summer lessons will vary by teacher (May-August)
  • Day of the week and time to be mutually determined by instructor and student.
  • Open to all ages, subject to approval of each instructor for those younger than eight years of age.

Tuition/Fees:

  • Tuition is due in full by the first lesson of the semester.
  • Tuition varies by teacher and the number of lessons they offer each semester.
  • The cost of any music, book, or material required by the instruction is in addition to tuition and is the responsibility of the student/parent.
  • Payment by cash or check can be dropped off in the payment box by the back door. Please put cash in an envelope with the teacher and student’s name. Make checks out to Our Savior Lutheran Church.
